摘要 研究发现,在弱酸缓冲介质中,罗丹明6G对邻苯二甲酸二辛酯的共振散射具有增敏作用,据此建立了一种增敏荧光法快速测定邻苯二甲酸二辛酯的新方法.系统研究了方法的光谱特性及温度、稳定时间和共存物对测定的影响,考察了测定方法的最佳条件,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯浓度在0.94-11.33μg·mL^-1范围内与荧光强度呈线性关系,方法检出限为0.020μg·mL^-1,相关性系数γ=0.9996.该方法用于自来水、地表水、雨水、受污染河水、河底泥、一次性塑料袋和饼干内包装中痕量邻苯二甲酸二辛酯测定,结果满意。 A novel and sensitive enhanced fluorimetric method has been developed for the fast determination of dioctyl-o-phthalate. The method is based on the effect of rhodamine 6G enhanced the Resonance Scattering intensity of dioctyl-o-phthalate in the medium of weak acidic buffer solution. The spectral characteristics, the reaction temperature and stabilization time as well as the effect of foreign matters have been researched in detail; the optimal conditions for the reaction have also been studied. The fluorescence intensity of the system is linear over the range 0.94μg·mL^-1 to 3.78μg·mL^-1 dioctyl-o-phthalate and detection limit and correlation coefficient are 0.020μg·mL^-1 and r=0.9996, respectively. The method was applied to the analysis of dioctyl-o-phthalate in tap water, surface water, rainwater, contaminated river water, river bottom sediment, disposable plastic bags and biscuit inner packaging, satisfactory results were received.
