摘要
以我国化学学科为样本,选择博士生年招生数量作为高校博士生招生规模指标,博士生导师数量、在全国高等院校同类学科评估中的得分和SCI论文数量作为博士生培养能力指标,对高校博士生招生规模和培养能力的相关性作了初步探讨.
Taking chemistry as the disciplinary example and based on some indicators this study focused on the correlations between the universities' enrollment scale of doctoral students and the corresponding educational capability. The enrollment scale indicator is defined as the annual enrollment number of doctoral students. The educational capability indicators include the number of doctoral supervisors, the score in the national disciplinary evaluation of the universities and the number of the SCI papers.
