摘要
确定了平顶山市区环境空气容量,建立了工业生产总值与环境空气主要污染物排放量的数学模型,从而定量讨论了环境空气容量与主要污染物排放量的关系.其中,工业生产总值与二氧化硫排放量的拟合方程为Y=0.013 8X+2.57,与可吸入颗粒物排放量的拟合方程为Y=0.005 70X+2.59,经检验,两方程均呈显著性线性关系.利用此方程,预测了未来的污染物排放量,并与不同城市面积下的环境空气容量进行了比较.结果表明,即使城市面积发展到200 km2,两种主要污染物排放量也已经超过大气环境空气容量.
In this paper, atmospheric environment capacity of urban area of Pingdingshan City is determined. The mathe-matical model has been set up between gross value of industrial output and discharge amount of the main atmospheric pollutant. On the basis of the above points, we discuss the quantitative relation between atmospheric environment capacity and discharge amount of the main pollutant, thereinto,the curvefitting equation between gross value of industrial output and discharge amount of the SO2 pollutant is Y=0.0138X + 2.57, the curvefitting equation between gross value of industrial output and discharge amount of the PM10 pollutant is Y=0.00570X + 2.59, Upon tests, significant linear relation is found existing between them. By the two equations, the discharge amount of pollutants is calculated and by examining the relationship between the atmospheric capacity and different area of the city, a conclusion is got that even if the whole area of the city is increased to 200 km^2 , the discharge amount of the two main pollutants overtakes the atmospheric capacity.
