摘要
目的:研究太行山猕猴掌面的花纹密度(PD)的性别差异.材料与方法:运用SPSS 11.0 for Windows统计软件,对20只猕猴(10♂,10♀)的掌面7个主要花纹区,即近端小鱼际(HP)、远端小鱼际(HD)、大鱼际(TH)及指间4区(Ⅰ-Ⅳ)的花纹密度进行统计分析,用全模型法和逐步判别法建立判别函数.结果:掌面研究变量有7项变量在性别间有显著差异(P<0.05),6项变量达到极显著差异(P<0.01).两种方法的性别判别率均为90.0%.结论:掌面的花纹密度在两性之间有显著性差异,进行性别鉴别和功能推断有一定的实用价值和理论价值.
Objective: Studying the sexual differences of the palmar density of Macaca mulatta in the Taihang Mountains.Materials and Methods: Using SPSS 11.0 for Windows analysis of the palmar density variables which were obtained from the areas at seven primary pattern in palm of 20 Macaca mulatta (male: 10, female: 10), viz. proximal hypothenar (HP), distal hy-pothenal (HD), thenar (TH) and inter-digital areas (I-IV), two discriminably functions were established by means of Step-wise method and Enter independents. Results: The palmar variables showed that 7 variables were significant differences(P〈0.05), and 6 variables were highly significant differences (P〈0.01)between the male and female; the discriminable rate for the two methods was 90.0% respectively. Conclusion: There were significant sexual differences in the palmar density of Macaca mulatta, so there are practical values and academic values in sexual distinguish and function illation.
