摘要
【目的】探讨应用远端蒂腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足踝部软组织缺损的临床效果。【方法】以远端蒂腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足踝软组织缺损11例,皮瓣面积最大13 cm×8 cm,最小8 cm×6 cm。【结果】术后皮瓣全部成活9例,皮瓣边缘坏死2例,经换药后治愈。【结论】应用远端蒂腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足踝部软组织缺损是一种行之有效的方法,但蒂部小隐静脉是否需结扎仍有待于进一步研究。
[Objective]To report the clinical effect of the application of distally based sural neurocutaneous vascular flap for reconstructing soft tissue defects in the distal lower-limb , ankle and heel. [Methods] Eleven defective soft tissues in the distal lower-limb , ankle and heel were repaired with distally based sural neurocutaneous vascular flaps, the largest area of which was 13 ×8 cm^2 and the least was 8 ×6 cm^2. [Results]Nine cases of 11 skin-flaps all survived, and 2 cases were suffered from necrosis on the edge and were healed after changing dressings. [Conclusion] It's an effective method to reconstruct defective soft tissues in the distal lower-limb , ankle and heel with distally based sural neurocutaneous vascular flaps, but whether the saphenous vein should be ligated or not needs further investigation.
