复方樟柳碱注射液治疗糖尿病性眼肌麻痹

Compound Anisodine Hydromide Injection for the Treatment of Diabetic Ophthalmoplegia

【目的】对因复视来眼科就诊的糖尿病性眼肌麻痹患者实施眼局部治疗的方法进行探讨。【方法】2000年1月至2006年12月对35例糖尿病性眼肌麻痹患者采用复方樟柳碱注射液颞浅动脉旁注射,观察注射次数与治疗效果,并依据复视的改善程度将疗效分为有效、明显好转、治愈。【结果】35例中31例（88.6%）注射1-7次显示有效;35例中34例（97.1%）注射7-15次明显好转;35例中截止注射20次时治愈率达97.1%。【结论】采用复方樟柳碱注射液颞浅动脉旁注射的方法治疗糖尿病性眼肌麻痹效果显著。

[Objective] To evaluate the local treatment of the diabetic ophthalmoplegia . [Methods] From january of 2000 to December of 2006 , thirty five cases were injected with Compound Anisodine Hydromide Injection near the temporal superficial artery. The times of injection and the outcome were observed. The outcome included four degrees, i.e. effective, obvious better and cure. [Results] Thirty one of 35 cases （88. 6%） were effective after taking medicine for 1 to 7 times. Thirty four of 35 cases （97.1%） were obvious better after taking medicine for 7 to 15 times. All patients stopped treatment after taking medicine for 20 times, and the ratio of cure was 97.1%. [Conclusion] Compound Anisodine Hydromide Injection near the te.mporal superficial artery is a better way to the diabetic ophthalmoplegia .
