磁性法检测球铁表面硬度时表面粗糙度引起的误差 被引量:2

ANALYSIS OF THE ERROR CAUSED BY SURFACE ROUGHNESS IN MAGNETIC TESTING OF SURFACE HARDNESS OF NODULAR CAST IRON

摘要 分析球铁不同组织与铁激性的相关性及电感式传感器应用于球铁件本体硬度检测的可行性,并就球铁大件表面粗糙度对检测信号的干扰程度进行了计算,证明其原理和方法能满足工程要求. The interrelation between the composition of nodular cast iron and ferromagnetic and the feasibility of applying inductance transducer to hardness testing of nodular cast iron are analyzed. The interference degree of surface roughness of nodular cast iron with testing signals is calculated. It is shown that the method can meet the needs of engineering.
