摘要
目的研究在组织病理实验教学中采用小组互助式教学法的价值。方法临床医学专业本科2003年级学生采用小组互助式教学法,临床医学专业本科2004年级学生采用传统教学法,对照比较2组学生参与开放实验室的人数和对组织辨认的失误率。结果2003年级互助式教学法和2004年级传统式教学法的学生2次以上参与率分别为42.8%和14.3%,对各种组织的辨认失误率分别为8%和13.3%。结论在组织病理实验室教学中,采用小组互助式教学法能提高学生参与开放实验室的自觉性,同时能减低对正常及病理切片组织的辨认失误率。
Objective To investigate the value of adopting mutual-aid teaching methed in histopathological experimental teaching. Methods Mutual-aid teaching method was adopted in students of grade 2003, Traditional teaching method was adopted in students of grade 2004. The attendances and their errors in histological identification in two groups were compared. Results The attendance rates of 2 times and above of 2003 and 2004 groups were 42.8% and 14.3% ,and the error rates for the two groups were 8% and 13.3% respectively. Conclusion It can promote the student's consciousness to attend the open laboratory and reduce the rate of erroes in histological identification by adopting mutual-aid teaching method in histopathological experimental teaching.
