摘要
[目的]了解盘锦市托幼机构食堂食(饮)具的消毒现状,比较不同消毒方法的消毒效果。[方法]采用大肠菌群快速检测纸片法对26家托幼机构食(饮)具进行检测。[结果]托幼机构分别采用远红外消毒柜、蒸汽柜、消毒液、煮沸、臭氧消毒柜方法进行消毒,其消毒合格率分别为90.48%、86.67%、81.58%、72.22%、67.35%。[结论]从检测结果看,远红外和蒸汽消毒效果好于其他方法。
[Objective]To understand the present status of tableware disinfection,compare the disinfection quality with different disinfection methods. [Methods]The efficacy of tableware disinfection in 26 kindergartens of Panjing was tested with rapid test paper. [Results]Far infrared disinfection cabinet, steam cabinet, disinfectant, boiling , ozone disinfection cabinet were used to sterilize tableware in kindergartens of Panjing. The eligible rate was 90. 48%,86.67%, 81. 58%,72.22 %,67.35 % respectively. [Conclusion]The effect of sterilization with far infrared and the steam methods was better than the other means.
