摘要
[目的]为保障来包旅游者食品安全及建筑工地工人和农民工的身体健康。[方法]采用餐饮业经常性卫生监督量化评分表方式进行调查。[结果]旅游景点食品接待单位存在食品安全隐患比率为27.27%;早夜市流动食品摊点无任何卫生设施比率为85.14%;建筑工地食堂食品卫生许可证持有率为13.64%。[结论]旅游景点、建筑工地食堂、早夜市食品卫生现状令人堪忧。
[Objective]To ensure the safety of the food for the tourists and health of the workers in construction site and the the health of the peasants. [Methods]Investigation was conducted with quantitative marking method commonly be used in catering trade. [Results]27.27% of the catering trade had the problems on food safety in tourist scenic spots. 85.14% of the street stands had no any hygienic facilities. 13.64% of the dining rooms in construction site had hygienic license. [Conclusion]Great attention must be paid to food hygiene in tourist scenic spots, construction site and street stands.
