两种常用麦冬栽培品种的ISSR分子鉴定 被引量:7

摘要 目的:为了佐证传统外观分类法及染色体、同工酶等生物技术在麦冬品种分类上的准确性和可靠性,利用ISSR分子标记对这两个主要的麦冬栽培品种进行分类鉴定,为以后麦冬大田生产选种提供技术支持和理论指导。方法:采用ISSR分子标记对直立型麦冬和匍匐型麦冬进行DNA序列分析。结果:不同品种麦冬在条带上表现有一定差异性,两品种间的相关系数为0.8182。结论:两种麦冬同源不同种,与以往外观分类以及利用染色体、同工酶技术进行分类鉴别所得结果基本一致,说明外观分类法及染色体、同工酶分类是科学的。 Objective: We use the ISSR molecular mark technology to confirm the accuracy and the reliability of appearance categories and isozymes chromosome categories , the same in order to provide technical support and theory guide for the selection of Radix Ophiopogonis seeds in production. Method: We use the ISSR molecular mark technology to analye the DNA sequence of erec- tive Radix Ophiopogonis and creeping Radix Ophiopogonis. Results: The different varieties have the different electrophoresis. Their similarity is 0. 8182. Conclusions: From the experiment ,we can conclud that they are the different varieties , but they have the same ancestor. The conclusion is the same with the appearance categories or using the isozymes and chromosome technology to classify categories. So appearance categories isozymes and the chromosome categories are scientific.
