学生党建工作历来是高校党建工作的重心，预备党员作为学生中的先进分子，学生党员队伍中的骨干力量，承担了义不容辞的责任。然而，对预备党员的继续教育及管理还存在许多问题。正确认识学生党建工作的现状，找准存在的问题并切实加以改进，加强预备党员的继续教育和管理就显得尤为重要。

Colleges should take the responsibility in promoting the Party construction. Therefore, the working style in the job of the Party construction is of great importance. Students as probationary member, the skeleton part of student Party member team, are playing an key role responsibilities. However, the author notes in this paper that there are many problems to be resovled in continuing education and management of those students, and, it has been an urgent duty to correctly realize and educate the situation at present and find right way to improve the work.
