“创造性”教学组织设计初探——学生核心能力教学组织与学生学习积极性的调动

摘要 21世纪是知识经济时代,需要的是具有创造力和创新能力的人才。为培养创新人才,开发学生的核心能力,各学校开设了核心能力培训课程。针对核心能力训练的特点,我们认为应开展“创造性”教学体系.以调动学生课堂学习的积极性。“创造性”教学理论体系已经初具规模,但在教育实践中还很少得到具体应用。形成一种使用于培养学生创造性的、可操作性强的、课堂教学设计模式已成为当务之急。针对现存的弊病,我们采取个案研究的方法,进行了关于“创造性”课堂教学设计的初步探索与研究。 There has been emerging a great need for talents of creative and innovative capacity in the coming the 21st century as a Knowledge era. To foster creative and innovative talents and help to develop student' s core competencies, core competencies training courses have been established in many a colleges and universities. In view of the characteristics of core competencies training, the author believe that the "creative teaching" system should be developed to motivate the enthusiasm of students in classroom learning activities. Though the theory of "creative teaching " has taken initial shape, there is litfl.e application in educational practice. Therefore, it has been an important and urgent task to establish a tangible and applicable class - teaching mode for creative and innovative capacity training. Based on the consideration of existing problems now in creative and innovative capacity training, the author brings out a research mode called as case analysis, and further, using this research mode, has made initial exploration and study on creative teaching design.
