浅议校园文化的育人功能

On the Educational Function of Campus Culture

校园文化是学校上层建筑与意识形态的深层反映，是教书育人、管理育人、环境育人、服务育人办学理念的具体体现。它在潜移默化中发挥着育人的功能。以校园文化建设为依托，做到以科学的理论武装人、以正确的舆论引导人、以健康的文化感染人、以优美的环境熏陶人，不失为一条学校精神文明建设的有效途径，从而应当引起我们对校园文化建设的高度重视，不断探索与挖掘其巨大的潜能。

Campus culture is an image of the superstructure and the ideology of a college, and the embodiment of the concept of a college＇ s education, management, environment and service. Imperceptible though it may appear, campus culture is playing an important role in education. It＇ s an effective way of cultural and ideological progress promotion to ann personnel with scientific theory, to guide personnel with right public opinion, to influence personnel with healthy culture, and to edify personnel with beautiful environment. Therefore, the author holds that, the construction of campus culture should command great attention of people of alll folks and the significant potential should be continuously explored and utilized.
