社团既促进了高校学生工作开展，也引发了诸多负面效应。如何发挥其积极作用，消除其不利因素，学校管理层应高度重视，并采取积极有效的对策，充分发挥学生社团的作用，使高校学生工作蓬勃、健康发展。

College students＇ unions and interesting groups have not only promoted students administration, but also brought out not a few negative effects. In this paper the author calls for more attention and effective measures to be taken to help boost positive function of students＇ unions and groups and guide them onto rational and correct course of development.
