降低民办高校学生欠费率之探讨

Exploration of Measures to Reduce the Arrears of Tuition in Private- owned Colleges

民办高校学生的学费和住宿费，已成为民办高校办学经费最主要甚至是唯一的来源。长期以来，大学生拖欠学费的现象一直困扰着高校，严重影响了民办高校的建设和发展。本文对民办高校学生欠费的现象和成因进行了分析和思考，提出了解决问题的对策与办法。

The tuition and residence fee has always been the most important, even the only, source of eudcation funds for private - owned colleges. While arrears of tuition and residence fee has continuously a main obstacle standing in the way of private - owned colleges for further development and construction. In this paper, the author analyzes the phenominon and puts forward his solution to the problem.
