高等职业院校在迅猛发展的同时面临着严峻的就业压力，创新和高效地开展职业指导工作是缓解这种压力的有效途径之一。在多维视野中，研究职业指导需要创新理念，围绕着服务于社会经济，服务于学生目标需求，重塑高职职业指导的内涵和形式，并基于学生、学院、企业三方联动，努力提高职业指导教师队伍的素质与水平，改革职业指导课程，试图重构高职院校职业指导工作体系。

Though great development achieved, higher vocational colleges and universities axe facing severe employment. Therefore, innovation and efficiency have to be brought into the work of professional instruction to relieve the pressure. The research of professional instruction needs innovative ideas, and redifine its meaning from connotation to form, based on its intention of ＂serving for the socio - econmy and serving for students＂ . And, the professional instruction should also include the active and effective interaction of students, colleges and employers as well as the improvement and optimization of the professional instruction faculty, the reform and reaadjustment of professional instruction courses and, finally, the reconstruction of the system of professional instruction.
