反相高效液相色谱法测定小儿百部止咳糖浆中橙皮苷含量

Determination of Hesperidin in Child Baibu Cough Syrup by RP-HPLC

目的建立小儿百部止咳糖浆中橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,以乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(21∶79)为流动相,检测波长为284nm。结果橙皮苷进样量线性范围为0.35～7.0μg,r=0.9997,平均回收率为98.5%,RSD=0.99%(n=9)。结论该法简便、重现性好,可用于小儿百部止咳糖浆的质量控制。

Objective To establish the determination method of hesperidin in Child Baibu Cough Syrup. Methods HPLC was used and methanol-water （71：79） mixture as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 284 nm. Results Hesperidin showed a good linear relationship at a ranger of 0. 35 - 7.0μg, r = 0. 999 7. The average recovery rate was 98.5%, and RSD was 0. 99% （ n = 9）. Conclusion The method is accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Child Baibu Cough Syrup.
