我院2004—2006年癌症患者止痛药物应用分析

Analysis of Three-stage Analgesics Use for Cancer Patient in Our Hospital During 2004 — 2006

目的了解癌症患者应用止痛药物治疗的情况。方法统计分析内蒙古医学院附属人民医院2004—2006年癌症患者止痛药物的用药金额、数量、DDDs及日均费用,并列表排序进行分析。结果该院口服镇痛药用量呈上升趋势,吗啡控释片用药金额最高,布桂嗪片用量于2006年跃居首位;注射剂用量呈下降趋势,而哌替啶注射液已极少用于癌症患者。结论该院癌症患者三阶梯止痛治疗用药趋于合理。

Objective To investigate the use of three- stage analgesics for cancer patients in the hospital. Methods To analyze statistically consumption sum, DDDs and average daily costs, etc. Results The amount of analgesics for oral use was increasing. The money amount of morphine sustained-release tablets was highest. The use amount of bucinnazine tablets ranked first in 2006, The amount of injection use was decreasing. Pethidine injection was hardly ever used for cancer patients in the hospital. Conclusion The use of three- stage analgesics for cancer patients in the hospital is rational on the whole.
