2001—2006年我院住院患者精神药品使用情况分析

Study and Analysis of Psychotropic Drugs Used in Our Hospital Inpatients

目的了解住院患者应用精神药品的现状及趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对新疆兵团某院住院药房2001—2006年精神药品的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、药品限定日费用(DDDc)等进行统计分析。结果2001—2005年精神药品销售金额和DDDs逐年增加,年增长率分别为25.75%,37.58%,87.03%,145.61%,而2006年呈下降趋势;2001—2006年DDDc逐年上升。结论应用精神药品的患者增加较快,销售金额增幅略有减小,对现有的精神药品应加强不良反应监测。

Objective To evaluate the current situation and the trend of psychotropic drugs for providing reference to rational drug use in clinic. Methods The marketing amount of money, DDDs and drug defined daily cost （DDDc） of psychotropic drugs in the inpatients during the period 2001--2006 were statistically analysed. Results The marketing amount of money and DDDs of psychotropic drugs increased with years, annual incremental rate was 25.75%, 37.58%, 87.03%, 145.61% respectively during 2001--2005. But psychotropic drugs showed a decreased trend in 2006. While DDDc of psychotropic drugs increased with years during 2001--2006. Conclusion The numbers of the people taking psychotropic drugs have quickly increased, the increment in the marketing amount of money has slightly decreased. Monitoring ADR of current psychotropic drugs shoud be emphasized.
