机械辅助通气患者抗菌药物使用分析

Analysis of Antibacterial Drug Use in Patients of Mechanic Ventilation

目的通过分析重症监护病房(ICU)中机械辅助通气患者抗菌药物的使用,促进合理用药水平的提高,降低呼吸机相关性肺炎的发病率。方法统计医院2004—2006年呼吸科ICU中进行机械辅助通气的患者抗菌药物的使用率、使用种类、用药频度(DDDs)、药物敏感试验结果、联合用药等并进行分析。结果使用的抗菌药物共涉及9类;DDDs排序前3位依次为头孢噻肟钠、头孢唑肟钠、亚胺培南;痰培养率为65%,药物敏感试验阳性率为20%;单独用药率48.0%,联合用药率52.0%。结论抗菌药物使用基本合理,但仍存在某些问题,应进一步提高合理用药水平。

Objective To improve the level of rational drug use and cut down the incidence rate of ventilation- associated pneumonia （VAP） by analyzing antibacterial drug use in the patients with mechanic ventilation. Methods The applied rate, kinds, DDDs, sensitive test and combined use of antibacterial drugs were analyzed for the patients with mechanic ventilation in ICU of respiration department during the period 2004- 2006. Results The applied rate of antibacterial drugs of the patients was 100%. It involved 9 categoris of antibacterial drugs. The first 3 ranks in DDDs were cefotaxime sodium, ceflizoxime sodium, imipenem. The positive rate of sensitive test was 20%. The applied rate of single drug was 48.0% and combined drugs was 52. 0%. Conclusion Antibacterial drugs have been widely used in the hospital. The condi- tion of drug use is basically rational. However, there are still some problems. The level of using drug rationally should be further improved.
