摘要
教师的继续教育是提高教师素质,保证教学质量的关键因素。结合民办高校现状,分析民办高校教师参加继续教育的必要性和迫切性,并提出实施继续教育的若干可行性措施,仅供同行参考。
Teachers＇ further education is a key factor of improving teachers＇ professional quality and ensuring the teaching quality. In combination of the current situation of private universities, the author analyzes the necessity and urgency of teachers＇ further education, and puts forward feasible measures.
