摘要
民办高校已成为我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,但师资问题一直以来都是制约民办高校发展的内在因素。本文针对民办高校普遍存在的师资不稳定问题,试图从心理契约的角度进行探讨,并为民办高校改善师资管理提出具体的对策建议。
The private - owned higher education has already become an essential component of the national higher education system. However, the problemsin faculty administration, as an inherent element in administration of universities of this kind, are always counteracting its development. This paper puts forward some opinions on the instability of teaching staff in private - owned higher education from the angle of psychological contract, and gives some corresponding suggestions.
