摘要
为了提高织机的生产效率和布面质量,需要对织机纬纱张力随主轴转角的变化规律做精确测试。从系统组成、测试原理及方法、应用等方面介绍了一种基于PXI总线的喷气织机纬纱张力测试系统,并对多台喷气织机的该项指标进行测试;结果表明与传统的电阻应变仪及其它系统相比,该系统具有建立系统快、编程简单、可靠、抗干扰强、测量精确、通用性强等特点,该测试系统的建立方法也可用于织机其它性能的测试。
Introduction is done to the PXI bus based test system of weft tension of air-jet looms and test of some air-jet looms regarding the specification finds the advantages of the system in quick response, easy programming, reliable, strong anti-interruption, precision test and universal in application in contrast to the conventional one. The PXI based system is also applicable for other performance test.
