目前纺纱用钢丝圈开口拉伸变形率的测量采用人工方法,精度低,操作困难。基于此,文中详细地介绍了全自动化钢丝圈开口拉伸变形率测试的原理,从结构、施力方式、光栅传感器的测量等方面论述了其优点、功能及其应用,指出使用计算机显示测量结果,精度高,操作方便。

The conventional method of testing the shed drawing deformation of travellers is of poor precision and difficult operation. In consideration of the above-mentioned, detaila introduction is made to the working philosophy of the full-automation fasting of drawing deformetion plus the advantage,function and applica- tion of grating sensor from structure to force exertion. Conclusion is made that the comaputer display of the test result is of high precision and easy access.
