从网络信息科技全局发展的角度论述指挥与控制学科的作用及其在信息时代的重要地位,具体介绍了指挥与控制科学的时代发展对军事、科技、社会影响和面临的挑战,针对我国特点提出了指挥与控制学科建设的若干建议。

Viewed from the overall development of network information science and technology, this paper discusses functions of branch of learning of the command and control and its important roles in the age of network, introduces influence and challenge of the branch of command and control on the development of military, science and technology and society, makes some suggestions on development of the command and control science.
