复方苦参注射液加伽玛刀治疗对肝转移癌患者生活质量的影响

Effects of radiotherapy combined with traditional Chinese drug for quality of life in patients with metastases liver cancer

目的观察复方苦参注射液加伽玛刀放射治疗对肝转移癌患者生活质量的影响。方法50例预计生存期>3个月的肝转移癌患者,随机分为治疗组(复方苦参注射液加伽玛刀治疗)26例和对照组(单纯伽玛刀治疗)24例。2组均接受伽玛刀治疗,治疗组同时采用复方苦参注射液治疗。采用生活质量核心问卷(QLQ-C30)中文版和卡氏功能量表(KPS)于放疗中(第2周末)和放疗结束后1个月测查2次。评定2组患者的生活质量状况及其影响因素。结果治疗组患者整体生活质量得到明显改善;患者社会功能、躯体功能、疼痛均得到改善,但角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能均无改善;放疗中疲乏、恶心和呕吐及食欲丧失改善明显,然而感觉经济困难。结论复方苦参注射液加伽玛刀放射治疗可以改善肝转移癌患者的生活质量,症状的改善是生活质量改善的重要原因,但增加了患者的经济负担。

Objective To observe the quality of life in patients with metastases liver cancer treated by body knife radiotherapy combined with traditional Chinese drug. Methods 50 patients more than three months forecasted survival time with liver metastases cancer were divided into body - γ- knife radiotherapy plus traditional Chinese drug（ n = 26） and pure body - γ - knife radiotherapy（ n = 24） .The quality of Life Questionnaire Core （EORTC QLQ - C30） and Karnofsky Performance Status（KPS） was used to investigate these patients＇ quality of life in the course of therapy and after treatment one month. Result The sums score of QLQ is higher in body - γ- knife radiotherapy with traditional Chinese drug group compared with pure body - γ- knife radiotherapy. Conclusion Body - γ - knife radiotherapy with traditional Chinese drug can improve metastases liver cancer patients＇ quality of life. The improvement of symptom is one important factor for liver metastases cancer patients＇ quality of life.
