摘要
目的探讨赤雹果水溶性提取物(WEFTD)的镇痛作用部位。方法小鼠单足致炎法:将40只小鼠采用20%啤酒酵母足掌皮下注射致炎,然后随机分为WEFTD组、阿司匹林组、盐酸吗啡、对照组各10只,各组予相应药物(对照组予0.9%氯化钠注射液),通过足趾压痛仪测定痛阈;福尔马林实验:将40只小鼠随机分为4组并予相应药物(同小鼠单足致炎法),给药后足掌足下注射甲醛,观察记录第Ⅰ、Ⅱ时相疼痛反应评分。通过2个实验观察WEFTD对痛反应的影响,以分析其镇痛部位。结果WEFTD和阿司匹林均可显著提高炎症足痛阈,2组用药前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),对正常足痛阈无明显影响;吗啡可使炎症足和正常足痛阈均显著提高,用药前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。WEFTD和阿司匹林均可明显降低福尔马林实验的第Ⅱ时相疼痛反应评分,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对第Ⅰ时相疼痛反应评分无明显影响;吗啡可明显降低第Ⅰ和Ⅱ两时相的疼痛评分,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论WEFTD镇痛作用部位主要在外周。
Objective To discuss the analgesic effect of the water - solubility extract of the fruits of Thladiantha Dubia Bunge (WEFI'D) .Methods The site of analgesic effect of WEFTD respectively were respectively observed by mend Randall - Selitto method and formalin test in mice. Results In mend Randall - Selitto method in mice, WEFTD markedly increased the threshold value of pain responses on inflammation foot( P 〈0.05 vs NS group) ,but threshold value in normal foot was not elevated. In formalin test in mice , WEFI'D of 4g/kg significantly lowered the pain score of the second phase (P 〈 0.05 vs NS group), but there is no effect on the pain score of the first phase( P 〉0.05 vs NS group). Coclustion The site of analgesic effect of WEFTD is mainly located in the periphery.
