摘要
犍宝口服液５、２．５ｇ／ｋｇ－１ｉｇ给药，连续２１天，能明显增加去势雄性大鼠的爬背次数，减轻其附性器官的萎缩；改善悬吊雄性小鼠引起的应激性性功能低下，升高正常雄性大鼠血内睾酮含量，增加睾酮／雌二醇的比值。结果表明，犍宝口服液有提高动物性功能性激素的作用。
Jianbao oral tonic was able to promote the sexual function, increase the weights of affiliated sex organs in emasculated male rats by ig in dosages of 5、2.5g/kg daily for 21 days. It also improved male mice sexual function decreased by hanged, increased the level of serum testosterone but had no marked influence on the serum estradiol in normal male rats. These resuls show that Jianbao oral tonic has the effect of promoting animal's sexual function and sex hormone.
