摘要
夹闭大鼠双侧颈总动脉和椎动脉30分钟,再灌注60分钟,制成大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的模型。组织学显示脑组织水肿,继发性小灶性出血,尼氏小体数目明显减少,乳酸和过氧化脂质明显增加。缺血前腹腔注射川芎,丹参或川丹合剂的动物,上述指标明显改善,说明川芎,丹参对脑缺血再灌注损伤有类似的保护作用。但川芎伍用丹参后,总剂量加倍,作用反而略有下降,提示川芎与丹参不宜单独配伍。
The cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury rat model was made by clipping three vessels for 30 min followed by openning them for another 60min. Edema, spot haemorrhage could be observed in brain tissues. Histologically nissl bodies in nervous cells decreased while lactate and LPO content increased significantly. In the rats which administrated LC, SM and LC-SM before ischemia all the phenomenon mentioned above improved remarkalby. The results showed that LC, SM play a similar role in protecting brain damaged by ischemia/reperfusion. In LC-SM group with double dosage doubled but the effects weakened relatively. This indicated that LC may not be suitable for mixting with SM.
