摘要
本文对得宝胶囊中淫羊藿甙的含量测定方法进行了研究，测得三批样品中淫羊藿甙的含量分别为２．４０ｍｇ／ｇ、２．０７ｍｇ／ｇ、２．２７ｍｇ／ｇ，加样品收率为９９．５２％，最大变异系数为１．７５％。
TLC scanning was used to determine the content of Icarrin in Herba Epimedii, which is the main ingredient in this preparation. The method was simple, reliable, with the average recovery was 99.52%, and the relative standard deviations1.75%.
