China's Multilateral Diplomacy from Forum on China-Africa Cooperation

冷战结束后,中国积极开展多边外交活动,多边外交成为中国外交一个重要的组成部分。在这个过程中,中国参与建立中非合作论坛。本文共分三部分:一、中国积极开展多边外交的背景分析;二、中非合作在战略、政治、经贸三个层面上的意义;三、从中非合作论坛看中国的多边外交之特点。

Following the end of the Cold War, China has been making initiative efforts to participate in multilateral diplomatic activities. Multilateral diplomacy has become an important part of China＇s diplomacy. In the process, China participated in establishing Forum on China-Africa Cooperation. This paper is divided into three parts： 1. Analysis on the background that China has been making initiative efforts to participate in multilateral diplomacy.2. The significances of China-Africa cooperation in three levels of strategy, politics, economy and trade.3. The characteristics of China＇s multilateral diplomacy from Forum on Chlna-Africa Cooperation.
