摘要
研究了各种因素对制备尼泊金辛酯、异丙酯产率的影响,筛选出的最佳反应条件可使辛酯的收率达96%,异丙酯的收率达82%。用GC-MS计确定了异丙酯酯化反应中副产物的结构,并提出了生成该副产物的反应机理。
Various factors that affect the yield of octyl and iso-propyl nipagin ester have been studied. For example, catalyst, ratio of acid/alcohol/catalyst, reaction temperature,solvent for recrystallization and azeotropic agent, etc. The best conditions of esterification were found out and the yields of octyl and iso-propyl nipagin ester were 96% and 82% respectively. The structure of the by-product was affirmed by GC-MS in iso-propyl esterification and the formation mechanism of the by-product was proposed.
