固载杂多酸催化剂PW_(12)/SiO_2复相催化酯化合成DOTP

Catalytic synthesis of dioctyl terphthalate by solid supported heteropoly acid catalyst PW_(12)/SiO_2

用1：12钨磷杂多酸（PW12）和硅酸钠通过凝胶法制备了固载杂多酸催化剂PW12／SiO2，并以其为固相催化剂，用对苯二甲酸（TPA）和＊A厅DZ一乙基已醒（2－EH）复相催化酯化合成了增塑剂──对苯二甲酸二辛酯（DOTP）。该方法具有催化活性和选择性高、合成工艺简单、催化剂容易回收重复使用以及无废酸液排放等优点。

Solid supported heteropoly acid catalyst PW12/SiO2 was prepared and used in heterogeneous catalytic synthesis of dioctyl terphthalate (DOTP). It was observed that this catalyst showed high catalytic activity for synthesizing DOTP with many advantages compared with sulphuric acid catalyst, such as: decreaseof equipment corrosion and less pollution to the environment; high product quality: simplicity in treating the products and the catalyst may be used repeatedly.
