摘要
在非水体系加压热处理制备纳米磷化铟中观察到了磷化铟团簇,该团簇在UV-Vis光谱285nm处出现吸收。磷化铟团簇的光致发光峰随着团簇颗粒长大而出现峰位红移但强度降低的现象。我们认为在该非水体系中,最初生成的磷化铟团簇随着热处理时间增长而长大、相互结合成非晶颗粒、最后晶化为纳米磷化铟。
Abstract Indium phosphide clusters were formed in the preparation of nanocrystalline InP through a nonaqueous thermal process.The absorption and photolrminescence spectra of the InP clusters were studied.A possible mechanism in the reaction is that the clusters act as the intermediate in the formation of nanocystalline InP.
