摘要
主要介绍了硫回收尾气处理工艺的基本原理、工艺技术特点及近期技术进展,并与国内常用的工艺进行技术经济性比较。针对我国硫回收装置规模较小,操作水平偏低的现状,提出了适于我国国情的技术改造意见,为硫回收及尾气处理工艺技术的选择提供参考。
The fundamental principle,process technology features and the latest technological development of sulfur recovery offgas treatment process is mainly introduced,and technical and economic comparison with commonly used processes in China is made.For the fact that the capacity of the sulfur recovery units in China is small,and the operation level is low,recommendations for technical revamp suitable for China are proposed,which provide reference for selection of process technology for sulfur recovery and offgas treatment.
