摘要
光催化技术是从20世纪70年代逐步发展起来的一门新兴环保技术,TiO2光催化更是热门的研究课题。介绍了以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,采用溶胶—凝胶法制备Fe—TiO2纳米光催化剂的方法,并用纯TiO2和Fe—TiO2做光催化剂,对甲基橙溶液在紫外光下进行光催化降解试验。结果表明:掺杂铁离子可以有效提高TiO2的光催化活性,选用m(Fe/TiO2)为0.05%、500℃下煅烧得到的Fe—TiO2催化剂,在甲基橙溶液pH值为3、催化剂用量为1 g/L时,其光催化活性达到最佳效果。
The photocatalytic technology is a new environmental technology developed from the 1970s,and TiO2 photocatalysis is a popular research subject.The method for preparation of Fe-TiO2 nano photocatalyst by Sol-Gel Process using tetrabutyl titanate as the precursor,and the use of TiO2 and Fe-TiO2 as the photocatalysts for photocatalytic decomposition experiment is introduced.The result shows that the doping of iron ion will effectively improve the photocatalytic activity of TiO2.By using the Fe-TiO2 catalyst that m(Fe/TiO2) is 0.05% obtained from calcinations at 500 ℃,and when the pH of methyl orange aqueous solution is 3,and the catalyst dosage is 1 g/L,the best catalytic activity is achieved.
