摘要
针对制磷电炉操作控制和化学反应的复杂性对生产的影响,讨论了在正常工况下根据炉内料层温度分布和炉况分析。指出制磷电炉炉气上升速度和炉料下降速度,磷矿石和硅石在熔化前发生某些化学反应,分析了炉料在不同高度发生的化学反应,并提出提高制磷电炉运行水平的相关措施。
For impact by the complexity of operating control and chemical reaction of the phosphorus electrical furnace on the production,the bed temperature distribution under normal operating case and the furnace condition analysis is discussed.The furnace gas ascending velocity and furnace charge descending velocity in the phosphorus electrical furnace is pointed out.Certain reaction will take place between rock phosphate and silica before melting.The chemical reactions taking place at different elevation of the furnace charge are analyzed,and appropriate measures for improving the operating level of phosphorus electrical furnace are proposed.
