摘要
首先从地理位置、社会、经济、城市规划、政治法律五个方面分析了影响商业项目选址的因素,接着论述了如何进行商业项目的优化选择,以使商业项目选址更具有科学性和客观性,从而提高商业项目的经济效益。
At first, this article gives a study about the influences of location factor, society factor, economy factor, city planning factor and politics factor for address for commercial projects, on top of, it discusses how to carry through optimize choice for commercial projects. This wilt make the commercial addressing having greater scientifidty and objectivity, and increase the economic benefits of the commercial addressing accordingly.
