From devdopment of substitutive industry, speeding up reform of enterprises in Liaohe oil field, perfecting city ftmctions, devdopirig city economy, utilizing national support policy to single resource city and other aspects countermeasures are proposed to promote the sustainable development of city and architecture in Liaohe oil field, which is significant to resolve the sustainable development problem of resource cities.
