由库仑理论中的楔体极限平衡条件出发,考虑了地下水位的影响,推导出不同主动土压力计算公式,并通过算例分析了挡土墙存在地下水位时的库仑主动土压力,为存在地下水位影响的库仑主动土压力的计算提供了依据。

From the limit equilibrium conditions for soil wedge, the effect of the underground water has been considered in the Coulomb earth pressure and the formulary for calculating the earth pressure of Coulomb has been deduced . Meanwhile, based on the formulary, the program has been worked out and the comparison between water pressure and soil pressure has been made through the example. Thereby, conveniencee has been provided for calculating the Coulomb earth pressure with the consideration of underground water in projects.
