摘要
介绍了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的模拟化学的意义和研究现状及作者的研究成果.讨论了模型配合物对SOD活性中心的模拟、咪唑桥行为的模拟及铜(Ⅱ)中心结构和功能的关系.报道了SOD模拟物歧化超氧离子的动力学和生物学效能的研究现状.根据模拟物与SOD的结构和功能的比较,对优良的模拟物的结构特点进行了讨论.
This paper describes comprehensively the significance and current situation ofsimulation chemistry for Cu-Zn superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the author'S achievementsin this area. Are discussed the simulation for the active center of SOD, the behavior of theimidazolate bridge by the model complexes, the relationship between structures and func-tions of copper(Ⅱ) center, the kinetics for disproportionating superoxide ion by the SODmodel compounds and biological functions. Based on the comparison of structures and func-tions between SOD and its model compounds, the structural features of the excellent SODmodel compounds are also presented.
