摘要
通过对奥氏体不锈钢非正常显微组织的分析研究,发现导致奥氏体不锈钢钢管失效的一个主要原因是钢管加工工艺在执行的过程中存在偏差,造成其显微组织不均匀,从而使得其耐腐蚀的能力和力学性能迅速下降,降低了管材的使用性能。
Through the analysis and study on abnormal microcosmic organization of austenite stainless, it is found that the main reason to result in the austenite stainless tube invalidation is the deviation in the course of tube processing technology. The deviation made microcosmic organization uneven, corrosion resistance ability and mechanical properties is lowered down quickly, and the service performance of tube is lowered down as well.
