组织培养是保存苎麻种质资源、进行快速繁殖的有效方法,并且是运用基因工程技术改良苎麻品质的重要手段。近年来国内研究学者开展了苎麻组织培养研究,本论文从不同基因型、不同的外植体、不同基本培养基、不同的激素对苎麻增殖与分化的影响,以及培养条件等方面综述了近年来在苎麻组织培养方面的研究进展。
