糖尿病大鼠颅脑损伤早期CRP的动态变化及意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病大鼠颅脑损伤早期血清CRP的变化及意义。方法42只SD大鼠根据是否脑损伤和糖尿病分5组,健康对照组6只,假损伤无糖尿病组6只,糖尿病无脑损伤组10只,单纯脑损伤组10只,脑损伤合并糖尿病组10只。用ELISA法测定各组大鼠血清1h、12h、24h、36h、48h、72hCRP的浓度。结果糖尿病合并脑损伤组及单纯脑损伤组随时间不同血清中CRP含量持续增高,各时间段差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),糖尿病合并脑损伤组血清中CRP高于单纯脑损伤组及糖尿病组(P<0.01)。结论CRP含量变化与颅脑损伤和糖尿病密切相关。糖尿病颅脑损伤后动态测定CRP对监测治疗效果、预后有重要意义。 Objective To study the dynamic changes of serum C reactive protein (CRP) in the early traumatic brain injury of diabetic rats and clinical signification. Methods 42 SD rats were divided into 5 groups according to diabetes mellitus and traumatic brain injury:control group(six),artificial traumatic brain injury group without diabetes mellitus(six), diabetes mellitus without trau- matic brain injury group(ten), simple traumatic brain injury group(ten), diabetes mellitus with traumatic brain injury group(ten). The concentration of serum CRP of every group rats was detected with ELISA at 1 hour ,12 hours,24 hours, 36 hours,48 hours,72 hours after injury. Results Serum CRP levels were persistent elevated following time altervation in simple traumatic brain injury group and diabetes mellitus with traumatic brain injury group. The difference had statistic signification at each time(P〈0. 01). The serum of CRP in diabetes mellitus with traumatic brain injury group was higher than that in simple traumatic brain injury group and diabetes mellitus group(P〈0. 01). Conclusion There are significant correlations among CRP and traumatic brain injury,diabetes mellitus. Dynamic monitoring of serum CRP is valuable for management and prediction of traumatic brain injury of diabetic patients.
