颅脑损伤合并无颈椎损伤错位的颈髓挫伤28例

Clinical analysis of 28 cases brain injury complicated cervical spinal cord contusion without cervical vertebrae injury and dislodgement

目的分析颅脑损伤合并无颈椎损伤错位的颈髓挫伤病人的临床表现、易发病人群、发病原因及机制。方法采用我科2003～2006年的病例进行临床分析及随访调查。结果非手术治疗28例病人除1例效果一般,3例单上肢肌力Ⅲ级,其余病人效果满意。结论非手术治疗颅脑挫伤合并无颈椎损伤错位的颈髓损伤效果满意。

Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations, the population prevalence, the cause and mechanism, and the therapeutic efficacy for the patients who had brain injury complicated cervical spinal cord contusion without cervical vertebrae injury or dislodgement. Methods From 2003 to 2006, 28 cases were analyzed and investigated and followed-up, all the patients had been treated in our department. Results All the patients were treated by non-surgical methods and evaluated. One case ended in average, three cases ended in single paraplegia superior with myodynamia of Grade Ⅲ ,and the others ended in content. Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy is content by non-surgical methods for the patients who have brain injury complicated cervical spinal cord contusion without cervical vertebrae injury or dislodgement.
