依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的临床疗效。方法70例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组35例。对照组按急性脑梗死常规方法治疗,治疗组在常规方法治疗的基础上加用依达拉奉(30mg静滴,2次/d,共14d)治疗。2组患者治疗前及治疗后均进行监测神经功能缺损程度评分及临床疗效评定。结果组总有效率91.4%,显效率82.9%,其中基本痊愈19例,显著进步10例,进步3例,无变化1例,恶化1例,无死亡。对照组总有效率71.4%。显效率60%,其中基本痊愈11例,显著进步10例,进步4例,无变化5例,恶化2例,死亡3例,2组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。
