没有有效的综合的管理体系,不含有害物质产品及无有害物质生产过程就无法实现。本文探讨了QC080000体系架构及实施风险,并通过富士高集团中名(东莞)电子有限公司建立HSPM体系为实例,详述了在体系推行过程中面临的问题及采取的有效应对措施。
