桂林电网潮流、电压优化控制的理论与实践

Theory and Practice of the Power Flow and Voltage Optimization Control of Guilin Power Network

对实现电网潮流、电压最优控制问题进行了研究。通过对桂林电网的潮流、母线电压的计算、统计分析及优化分析 ,筛选部分状态变量与控制变量 ,利用 SCADA系统进行观测、控制 ,提出了桂林电网潮流、电压优化控制策略。实践证明 ,利用 SCADA系统实现桂林电网潮流、电压优化控制是可行的。

The problems with the implementation of power flow, voltage optimization control are considered. A strategy of power flow and voltage optimization control is proposed by carrying out the calculation,statistic analysis, optimum analysis, selection of partial state variables and control variables of its power flow, busbar voltage on Guilin power network and an observation and control were made on it by using SCADA.The result shows that the application of SCADA system in implementing the power flow and voltage optimization control of Guilin power network is feasible.
