摘要
从变截面杆波动方程出发,研究了半波长阶梯形变幅杆放大系数与几何尺寸及组成材料之间的关系.结果表明,半波长阶梯形变幅杆放大系数不仅与组成阶梯形变幅杆两段均匀杆的几何尺寸有关,还与这两段均匀杆的材料有关;宽端材料密度较大,两段均匀杆杆长为四分之一波长时,阶梯形变幅杆放大系数最大.
The relation between amplification coefficient of half-wavelength stepped ultrasonic transformer and both its physical dimension and material is studied from wave equation of variable cross-section horn. The result indicates that the amplification factor is related not only to its physical dimension but also to material of the horn, and the amplification factor of ultrasonic transformer is maximum when the density of wide end is greater than that of narrow one and the length of the two horns are a quarter of wavelength respectively.
